CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS (DECISION TIME) The threat started when USSR began sending nuclear missiles to Cuba, that was governed by a communist dictatorship lead by Fidel Castro. Americans spy planes found secret nuclear missile sites being built in Cuba. In that moment with hot blood running through my veins I ran into the Oval Office and warned Mr. Kennedy: I proposed to strike first, Russian weapons were very near to our territory they could strike whenever they wanted, it was the best choice at first but thinking it twice, it would be the beginning of a nuclear war (WWIII) it will become one of the worse slaughters in human history and people that survived will be affected by radioactive pollution. The second option that I thought was to block Cuba sending troops to Guantanamo base, forming a ring of ships trying to stop any new missiles getting there from USSR, a blockade.
